I first loved Zachery as a little boy.
To the world, he brought lots of joy.
On his first birthday, Wrigley field got lights,
But it was Zachery that shined so bright.
He showed us how much he cared
With a heart of gold that he shared.
Our memories of Zach will be in little things
Like colors, smells, and what each day brings.
All of your smiles the pictures will show,
As they tell the story of memories we know.
Life on earth will not be the same
Without Zack’s hugs or saying our names.
Zachery has wings that are large and bright.
He earned each feather by doing things right.
Heaven is just a prayer away
And I will say hello to him every day.
Please, God, take care of that wonderful man,
Until we join You and see him again.
I was very blessed to babysit for Zack when he was 17 months old. He was the best kid and never caused trouble. We would joke about him liking the Cardinals, and me being a Cub fan. I truly felt like he was my son too. He grew up to be a handsome man, but to me he will always be that cute little blonde hair boy that fit in a paper bag.
I miss those days with him and Kelsey. One of the many blessings I have in my life is to know Sue,Curt, and the kids. They always make me feel like I am part of their family. Zachery was lucky to have such a wonderful family. I will continue to keep everyone that knew Zack in my prayers.
Let the memories in your heart
wipe the tears from your face.
