I was sorry to hear of your loss. Goldie called me.I remember the weekends at the cabin. And, of course all of the deer hunting stories.Last time I saw him was when Goldie, Walt Jr. Bill McIntire and I drove up to Decatur 3 or 4 years ago. Difficult to have a conversation with him since he couldn't hear.I have thought of Mae and Shorty through the years. Some fun times.And I remember he was an avid Cardinal fan. I hope they get the pennant this year. I believe they deserve it.He will be missed. Taylorville, IL US
