Bill was a very good man,and there hard to come by now days.He cared about people and how they felt and made sure they all felt as good as he did.And he always had a twinkle in his eye like he had a private joke going on in there,thats what i liked.I'am very glad i knew bill and that he showed me what a good father and person should be.He will be missed.A.W.GrayBeal Argenta, IL US
One of my earliest memories involves a visit from Uncle Bill to our house in the country.He was the closest thing to royalty that my 5 year old eyes had ever seen. He was a handsome man that had time to listen to my stories. He even climbed the ladder that lead to my room because I wanted to show him how well I had cleaned it in anticipation of his visit. He has a eternal place in my memory including the time that He took to come to my wedding. I loved to hear the stories that my Mom told me about her big brother. To my Mom, He was the Captain of the Basketball team, The hero of the story, and the best friend a girl could ever have. Aunt Jeanne and family, I wanted to let you know I'm thinking of you and you're in my prayers during this time. I always enjoyed the times I was around Uncle Bill. I was always impressed by his strong voice, tall stature, but clam and gentle presence. I know he will be missed by all who love him. I'm so glad Pam was able to take Mom to visit him. Both Pam and Mom talk about how much they enjoyed their time with him and you, Aunt Jeanne. Mom has told several interesting stories of she and Uncle Bill growing up.
