To the Carroll Family and Mrs. Annette Brice I am sorry to hear about the loss of Charles Carroll. From the stories I have heard about him from his sister Annette he seem to be the life of the party. Always having a smile on his face and wanting to enjoy life. So during this time you should remember all of the good times you shared with him. You should have some reassurance that you will see him again someday because he was a Man of God.
Worked with Charles at Wagners in the ladle room. I asked Charles if he ever had a bad day and he just smiled. He was always smiling and joking. It was surprising when I read of his passing.Sorry to hear of your loss.
