Linda West
My Dear Aunt Charlotte, You have been such am important person in my whole life. As my beautiful Mother, Grace's, baby sister, our visits with you as a child were fun-filled and amazing. Not only will we always remember the different-colored metal tumblers filled with iced tea we enjoyed each summer, will never again open a jar of canned tomatoes without thinking about how I asked for them and you always opened a can for me. You should know that your picture as a little child with your whole family (Weaver's Little Show) hangs above our kitchen table. As well, you must know, that teaching Nursing for the University of Colorado has a lot to do with your influence on me as well as my Mother's. Your beloved Husband and my Uncle are ever in my thoughts as well. Will always take comfort in knowing that was able to attend your 80th Birthday Celebration with my Daughter, Sarah, and her Husband. Sarah West, MD, now works as an Anesthesiologist in Saint Louis. She so loved getting to meet you and all of your family at the party. Hugging you and Uncle Virgil when we arrived is a time we will always cherish. The body is only the suit we wear while we are here. Your memory trace is permanent as is my love for you.Your Niece,Linda
