I'm sorry to hear about Dorothy. I always thought about visiting her but I didn't make it. My mom always said Dorothy was her best friend. They always joked about each other being the same age. Dorothy would call my mom and try to cheer her up when things were pretty bad for my mom. They remained friends even after they couldn't see each other any more. Who would of thought a deck of cards & train ride in 1968 whould have lead into a 40 yr friendship. Dorothy traveling from AZ to IL & me from CA to OK. Thank you for sharing Dorothy with me. She was a true friend & grandma to my kids. I will miss her alot. I am glad I was able to be there in Oct & sorry that I can't make the services. Escalon, CA US
