Lit a candle in memory of Douglas Franklin Compton
Bob and I are very sad to learn about Doug's passing. We will always remember the youngster who loved to play with play dough and always had a twinkle in his eyes and a smile on his face. We will, also, remember all the love and support Douglas received from you, his loving and patient grandparents,  who always went the extra mile to ensure he would have every opportunity to live a happy, secure life full of love. Many years have passed since we've seen Doug. It's hard to believe he was 25 years old. We would have come to the service but I had surgery on Monday. However, our thoughts and prayers were with Douglas and you, and his whole family.   Please, feel free to email me if you wish. I would love to hear from you. My email address is  [email protected].   Hugs and Smiles  Karen and Bob.
So sorry to hear about your loss. Y'all are in my thoughts and prayers

I was privileged to see Doug every day when I was school nurse. He was an inspiration to me. I am so sorry to see him leave us so early in life. God bless you, Archie and Agnes. I will always have fond memories of this fine young man.Kathy Altherr
