Doug was a neighbor of mine for a very short time. He & Gayle were the best neighbors I ever had & was so disappointed when they moved away. Anytime I needed help, he was always there with a smile on his face. I have no idea why God called him to heaven so early… but I'm sure he will make one heck of an angel! My heartfelt blessings & prayers go out to Gayle & the rest of the family!!! God Bless! Decatur, IL US

I worked with Doug at TCCI. I am so very sorry for the family's loss. Doug and I liked to yell ''Marco, Polo'' across the factory at each other. He was a super nice guy. I will miss our debates. He always called a co-worker of ours ''Tacklebox'' because of all the colors in her hair. My thoughts are with the Gordon family. I pray you find comfort in your memories. Decatur, IL US
