Anytime i would go to Walmart I would look for Ebony she started Walmart with my late husband and I just loved the laughs we always had. The Tuesday before her passing I saw her at kroger same joyful self didn't matter we were at the checkout we prayed together and went our separate ways. Rest in heaven your wings were waiting. God was waiting for his faithful servant.

Ebony was the sunshine of my entire day and how it started. She set the bar as to how my day would begin. Every morning I would come to work she would be waiting for me in action alley for a singing/ dance escapade. She would randomly walk by me singing my name at times and I would sing ebony ivory to her. She was such a beautiful soul and will truly be missed. Until I see you again my beautiful friend!
I knew and worked with Ebony at the Decatur, Il. southeast Walmart. She was a beautiful person and soul and she was always, always in a cheerful mood and diving disposition. I had several long and fascinating discussions with her on a variety of topics. ... The world is a sadder, emptier place now without her in it.
