Francis served as a great example to all of us who worked with him at Hazelriggs. He epitimized a man who was fair, yet firm, worked very hard, was honest in his dealings with others, didn't take more than what he had earned and always had something to give back. His dedication to Helen, his family, and his faith were undeniable. Francis was a good man who wore big big shoes figuratively & literally. It will be tough for the rest of us left behind to fill those shoes again figuratively and literally. Did I mention Francis had a good sense of humor? I'll miss Francis and consider myself among the fortunate to have known him during my 8 year employment at Hazelriggs. Decatur, IL US
