Dear Nancy Kay and Family,I am so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. I started at Federal Kemper in the claim department in 1978. I can still hear Bill's voice booming around the office. With our low partitions, it was not difficult to hear. More than once I heard him say to Fred Buxton, "G– da– it, Fred, get to the point!!" But bascially, I think Bill was more of a teddy bear. He was a good guy and I learned a lot from him as a young claim rep. He'll be missed. My sympathies to you all.Dan Young Mount Zion, IL US

Ron, My thoughts are with you today and my condolences are sent to everyone in Bill's family. I will keep memories of many good times with "Wild Bill" and Nancy Kay. I can still picture them "crackerbarrelingit" around the country. It was always thoughtful of Bill to inquire about my love life and then note it's lack there of. I can only imagine how much you will miss him. Love Gwen Chicago, IL US
