I worked at Tate & Lyle and spent a lot of time with Tim. He was a great guy and someone you always looked forward to seeing on your shift. Its sad to see he is gone.

Tim was really great guy. He had a tough and very responsible role in the operation of Staley’s and then Tate &Lyle’s manufacturing operations in Decatur.
Remarkably, Tim always seemed to have a calm demeanor, a great sense of humor and a real concern for the people who worked in the plant as well as for the safe operation of the facility. His family can be proud of this really good guy.
