Mrs. Irma was such a sweet and outspoken lady. I met her while working for Community Care. We became friends over time. Mrs Irma and I shared a lot of stories with each other. She always insisted on me calling her Irma, but I felt that would be disrespectful, so I still called her Mrs. I will miss hearing that sweet voice from the other end of the phone "Oh hi honey". everytime I called.
