I was sorry to hear about Jerome being sick, and saddened to hear about his death. I did get to talk to him before his passing and told my cousin that I love him. Now I will be missing him. He was my connection to my fathers side of the family. His Mother was my Fathers niece. Jerome made it a point to keep that family tie. Sometimes it would be years before I saw him, but when we did, you knew we were family. "Hey cuz!" I can hear him now. Always a hug and a smile. Thank you Patrick for keeping me updated and letting me talk to him. My heart goes out to Christine, Barbara, Vernell and all of the family. RIP Cuz!
Condolences to the family of Bro. Jerome Slater. Bro. Slater was a faithful member of Church of the Living God CWFF. We could always depend on him being there no matter what the occasion.
