Joan was a dear friend of my mom (Margie Yoder). I just spoke to Joan a few days before my mom's services (she passed away March 28 of this year). We recalled the fond memories of their friendship and the fun and laughter they had. She was a beautiful lady even in her later years as was my mom. They did age gracefully! I didn't know your dad recently passed. So sorry for the loss of both your parents so close together. I know they were a loving couple as were my parents. They had a full life and now may they rest in peace....

After I purchased Plantation Pine and I was wanting to make changes in the inventory….Joan would always say, “Lynnie it is your store now, so you do what you want. Don’t worry what everyone else says or thinks. You’ve got this!! She became a very close friend and ally, not just an employee.
Joan was as beautiful inside as she was outside! Loved her dearly🩷

Don and I are so sorry to hear about Joan. It’s hard rto believe the “Grace” girls are gone. Now they are all together with “Mom and Bob “ and their dad forever. We will be keeping Susie and Ann in our thoughts and prayers.
