She always had a smile when we spoke. While working at first bank north years ago, I gave her an angel…she always remembered it. We would see each other from time to time…. sorry for your great loss. Jeanne

Joni emulated the world of art through her positive energy. She always stared evil down with her smile. I had the honor of attending Thanksgiving at her house well over thirty years ago. She made me feel like I was one of the family. As I was driving into work the day after I got the word of her passing topside, the song, "My Sweet Lord" by George Harrison began to play on the radio. I loved this song from the time it originated back in 1970….I had tears in my eyes as the song began and by the end of the song I was smiling because I knew Joni was with, "My Sweet Lord." Thanks for the wonderful memories and I look forward to seeing you topside. Mark Wilkerson
Whenever I came to town, I could count on seeing your mom at church and her stopping and having a nice word to say about some member of my family. As her Parkinson's appeared and progressed, I was increasingly impressed by her resilience and strength. My heart goes out to all of you and our prayers are with you.Todd Quintenz
Miss you Nannie! I love you
