Its a sad day when a friend passes away. I remember when I met john way back in 89 and grew to know him. I spent a lot of time with John and family in those days and I can tell you there was nobody funnier , happier or full of life. There are a lot of memories that run through my mind that make me smile and I am grateful I had the chance to know john and the Myers family. Its been over a year since I seen john, but I still can remember his smiling face and the goofy sense of humor he had. I find it hard to think about him not being with us anymore, however I know he is at peace. Its strange to think about those words and the comfort they are meant to bring, but I know they don't help, at least not now. To the Myers family I am so sorry for your loss and My thoughts are with you. John If you can read these words or hear my thoughts.. I love you buddy and I hope you find peace and comfort as you move forward to eternity. Philip Finklea

There is so much I want to say right now, but the one thing that will not leave my mind is I LOVE MY BROTHER. We had our ups and downs, but who doesn't. The good sure overrides the bad. He had the biggest heart of anyone I knew and I wish I was more like him. He taught me how to ride a bicycle, drive a stick, work on engines and many other things he thought I should know. My daddy died when I was ten so my big brother stepped in and took that place for me. My children ADORED him and I am so glad they knew him to be a great man just like I did. I am going to miss him tremendously and at times I am a little selfish because I want him back. I know that he is with daddy and Jonathan and dad is more than likely bossing him around. I love you big brother and you will live in my heart forever.

We were very sad to hear the news of Johns passing! My thoughts and prayers go out to the John Myers family. We have had the pleasure of knowing John for the past 27 years he and Dudley made our yards beautiful! Very hard workers. He certainly had an eye for detail in landscaping. He had a great love for his family and his dogs!!! Always such a kind hearted person! He will be greatly missed by us!! God bless his family at this hard time.Fred and Tricia Baietto
