Joseph Bryan Mundell's Obituary
Joseph Bryan Mundell, 65, of Decatur, Illinois, passed away May 17, 2024, in his home.
Joe was born in Newcastle, Wyoming, on February 17, 1959, the son of Ralph and Georgia (Foster) Mundell. He married Cynthia Deaton on February 18, 1992. She preceded him in death.
Joe was a C & C operator for Mueller Company in Decatur, where he was a member of Earthmovers union. His greatest joy in life was music, and he could be found playing trombone in big bands all around the Decatur area. He will be greatly missed by his family and his band buddies.
Joe is survived by his sister Melanie (Garry) Abfalter of Kettering, Ohio, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, his parents, and sister Sally Mundell.
