I was sorry to hear the news about Lloyd. I served with Lloyd on the police department from my hire date in1981 until he retired. Lloyd was a very dedicated police officer. He and I also served for years on the police union executive board together. Lloyd always gave 100% in everything he did and he will be missed. My sympathy to the familyEd Root
