We miss Eileen already in the Imboden Creek Gardens bible study and so appreciated her love for Jesus and His word she always shared with us in the class. We grieve with you and pray for your family. I was sorry to hear about Eileen's passing. She and my mother, Margie Baugh, shared dinner tables at Imboden Creek Living Center. I spent many weekends with my mother and it was always a joy to see Eileen there, she would always ask about my Mom, when she was not at dinner. I did not know her personally but she spoke alot about music and her family. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I bet my mom was glad to see her. I was so saddened to learn of the death of a lovely lady and former fellow teacher at Maroa-Forsyth JHS. Eileen was such an upbeat teacher and friend and an asset to those students fortunate enough to have had her as a teacher. I am sure sorry to hear about Eileen's passing. She meant a lot to me as I was growing up. My 4th grade teacher, my little kids church music director, my close neighbor, and my christian friend. I was just thinking about her last week and wandering how she was doing. She is in a better place along with Andy walking the streets of gold. To each of you five who I remember as children on Poplar St. in Pana: Your Mom and Dad were special to me. The memories of what went on down the street are many! But most, as a musician myself, I remember your Mom's beautiful voice and used to hope I could measure up to her standard. I especially remember Pastor Rust asking her many times without notice to sing the invitation accapella from where she was standing. Her clear, mellow beautiful voice would ring with such meaning–I can still hear her.
