Nancy L. Gaither, 77, of Blue Mound passed away on Tuesday July 7, 2015 in her home. Nancy was born on May 17, 1938 in Decatur the daughter of Glen and Edna (Rutherford) Tucker. She married Jack Towson in 1998. He preceded her in Read Obituary

Nancy was a good friend to Pauline and I for many years. We had great times together as youngsters, and have good memories of visiting her and our children. God bless you in Jesus name and may He grant you peace in this storm of life. Neil Adcock Family
Among all her many attributes, Nancy was a perfect step-mother to me and a perfect step-grandma to my children. We are blessed to have had her in our lives and will miss her terribly.

Janet, I just saw that Aunt Nancy died. She was such a dear person….and truly loved by so many. I am so sorry – and was not aware she was sick. Please accept my sympathies and condolences…when I worked downtown I saw her often and loved having impromptu lunches with her now and then. Love and prayers to you and your girls.
