Dear Aunt Shirley,Our condolences to you, Little Phil, David, Karen and Tom.As I mentioned to you on the phone today, we will miss Uncle Phil but have many good memories that help us smile during this time of sadness. Dad and Uncle Phil had some of the same tendencies and I also had to laugh when Dad told me some of the stories about your nights out to dinner, playing cards, etc. With about 30 inches of snow on the ground in Sioux City and wind chills approaching minus-40, Bev and I will not be able to make it to Decatur but please know we keep you and the family in our hearts.Laura and Bobby and 9-week old Cal send their love to you and hope your travels will bring you our way in the future. Our loveJim and Bev Wharton Sioux City, IA US
