Rosemary was an amazing lady. She was independent, intelligent two Master's degrees, gracious, and strong. Several of the extended Rooney cousins were fortunate enough to visit her last July and I will count myself as being blessed to have met her. There is no doubt that the angels have welcomed her and that she is with her parents and brother once again. Tifton, GA US
Rosemary, was a lady whom you just loved when first meeting her. Her and I were neighbors and I loved the fact the no matter how she felt that beautiful smile won my heart. She would sit in her room and look outside. If I would see her I would stop and peck at the door and we would visit. Her stories for me were so interesting and her knowledge of things amazing. She was truly a special person in my life in so many ways. God Bless George and Bertha for all the caring hours they have given her.
