Dear Chris, Matt and Kim,I was so sorry to hear of your Dad, Steve’s, passing. I am glad that when I was in Decatur a week ago, for my dad, Walter’s, birthday, we were able to have a short visit with Steve at Imboden. He was always a very special cousin to me and as I was growing up he always remembered me on my birthday since we share the same birthday. My thoughts and prayers are with you and you family. Gurnee, IL US
To Kim, Chris and Matt, We are very sorry for your loss. We love and miss you all. You will be in our prayers. Love, Kim and Daryl Sullivan, IL US
Dear Kim, Chris and Matt,It was with sadness that I received the call from Uncle Rob Kopetz advising of Steve's passing. As we grow older, there seem to be more sad calls than happy ones. I worked with Steve during college summers at Superior Welding, along with the other "characters" in the extended Kopetz family and friends associated with Superior and Division. Mary Ellen and I are less than a week away from the marriage of our older daughter, Amy, on April 09, 2011; and have family and friends arriving Lancaster beginning next Monday. Please accept our condolence and prayers for your family. We know that Steve rests with The Lord! I will be visiting Decatur later this year to help Jeff and Paul in their transition process, following Raejean's sad, untimely death. Regards!Bill Kopetz Lancaster, PA US
Thinking of the Bart Family and thinking of the good memories that I have of both your Mom and Dad! I remeber teaching with your Mom and us going to clases at Illinois State and how she always wanted to stop for "hot" french fries. Your Dad always had a kind word, smile and joke, even when he was hurting! : Please know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers and that your Mom and Dad are in your hearts forever! Love, Jill Decatur, IL US
